I’ve learned these lessons myself as an entrepreneur. I think the only thing I’d add is that you don’t eat proper meals–taking a “lunch break” is a thing of the past and grocery shopping is best left to your SO or roommate because when you get involved in work, it’s very hard to muster up the will to cook 😉
